A Sentimental and Colorful Family Lake House Wedding in Shoal Creek Alabama
This intimate wedding day was set at the Groom’s Grandparent’s lake house in Shoal Creek, Alabama. Every detail was intentional and held some sort of sentiment. They were both very present and you can feel their teariness and warmth and joy and hope all mixed into one. Charleston and Matt dated through high school, and had spent many days with family at this lake house together, which makes all of these images even sweeter. Charleston is a graphic designer and designed her own invitations (the calligraphy pens below are her great grandfathers.)… so cool, right?! Both the bride and groom wanted lots of B&W film mixed in with their color images, and it seems so cohesive with their nostalgic and purposeful day.
